第九章 环保设计 Chapter IX Environmental Protection Design 1、污水、污物处理: Sewage and pollutant treatment 生活污水经调节、沉淀、消毒处理的CL地埋式生活污水处理成套装置处理后达到国家规定的一级排放标准。 Sanitary sewage up to national Grade 1 emission standard after the treatment of regulation、precipitation and sterilization by CL buried sewage treatment plant. 垃圾采用袋装措施,在每层设置垃圾收集间,送到楼下垃圾收集站进行收集处理。 Waste is collected in bags; every floor has a waste collecting room, and then sent to the refuse collecting & distributing centre downstairs. 2、减震防噪: Vibration and noise reduction (1)水泵等震动设备基础设置隔震垫,配套电机设吸音罩。 Vibration isolation cushion is placed in the base of vibrating plants such as pump, sound-absorbing cover is equipped for motors. (2)水泵等震动设备与管道连接处,采用可曲桡橡胶接头及减震支吊架以减震降噪。 The connecting part between pump and network is equipped with flexible rubber joint and support suspended frame to reduce vibration and noise. (3)管道液体流速控制2.0-2.5m/s。 The liquid flow rate in the pipe network is 2.0-2.5m/s (4)止回阀设为消声止回阀。 Cheek valve is silent check valve 3、暖通环保设计 Design of heat supply and environment protection (1)水泵、风机均选用高效低噪声设备。 Pump and motors are high efficiency & low noise type. (2)风机进出风接口处均设金属伸缩软管柔性接头;水泵进出口均设橡胶软接头。 Air intake and air outlet of motors use metal hose expansion joint; Entrance and exit of pump use rubber flexible connectors. (3)吊装于梁下或楼板下的设备均采用弹性支吊架吊装。 Plants installed below beams or floor are supported by support suspended frame. (4)水泵房等房间内壁贴吸声材料。采用双层隔音门。 Inside wall of pump chamber is adhibited with sound absorption material, equipped with double layer sound isolation door.
