城市的快速发展产生了一系列水问题。一方面,由于人和经济活动的集中,城市的建筑面积不断扩大,不透水地面增加,城市的暴雨径流产生的洪涝灾害不可忽视。另一方面,城市淡水资源匮乏,迫切需要寻找新的供水水源。雨水资源作为轻度污染的水源,水中污染物较少,经过简单处理就一可用于生活用水和工业用水。因而增加城市雨水资源的利用量,避免其灾害,并且提高城市雨水资源的利用率,将是节水型城市建设的有效措施。 本文主要研究了城市雨水收集利用问题。在查阅大量国内外文献的基础上,分析了城市水资源与城市雨水收集利用的关系、城市化对城市雨水收集利用的影响及城市雨水收集利用的主要途径。通过对合肥地区的降雨量计算,从雨水利用方面探讨了本地区的降雨特征,及其对城市雨水收集利用的影响。最后以合肥学院南艳湖校区为例,在校区降雨量计算、雨水可收集量计算以及用水情况分析,提出了雨水收集利用的方案。
The rapid development of the city have generated a series of problems concerning water. On the one hand, with the concentration of people and economical activities, the building area of the city is constantly expanding, adding to impervious ground surface, making the the city’s storm runoff floods a serious problem that can not be ignored. On the other hand, urban water resources is insufficiency urgently demands the search of new water resources. Rainwater resources, as water resources that are slightly polluted, can be used for a domestic and industrial purposes after ordinary treatment. Thus increasing the utilizing rate of urban rainfall resource, avoiding rainwater floods, and at the same time increasing the utilization of urban water resources, this will makes for an effective water-saving measure while constructing water-saving city.
This thesis have mainly discussed the problem of urban rainwater collection and utilization. On the basis of resorting to large amounts of relevant documents both home and abroad, having analysed the relationship between urban water resources and urban rainwater collection and utilization, the influences of ubanlization to urban rainwater collection and utilization, and the main ways of city rainwater collection and utilization. Through the calculation of Hefei’s precipitation, and the rainfall characteristics of the region from the respects of rainwater utilization, as well as its effects on urban rainwater collection and utilization. In the end, taking the Nanyan Lake campus of Hefei University as an example, through precipitation caculation, collecable rainwater caculation and water consumption analysis, this thesis put forward the scheme of rainwater collection and utilization.
