[中文]本设计是西安某漂染厂锅炉房设计,校核完成锅炉房选址合理后,通过对厂区内的负荷计算,水系统设备的选择计算,引、送风系统设备的选择计算,运煤除渣系统设备的选择计算等,完成对锅炉房各系统的初步设计。同时考虑到环保节能的要求,锅炉设置了省煤器,空气预热器等措施,提高给水和新风温度;为达到规定的环境保护要求中烟气的排放标准,还进行了除SO2 的计算等节能措施,最后,使锅炉房的平面布置紧凑合理,不浪费过多的空间。[/中文]
[外文]It is a design of boiler house for a bleaching factory in Xi’an. The design is based on the ensurance of a resonable location of the boiler house. The primary works in this design are presented as follows: to complete the load calculation in the factory; to complete the selective calculation of the water system equipment; to complete the selective calculation of the air blown and supply systems;as well as to complete the selective calculation of the coal carrying and clinker removal equipment system. In addition, taking the requirement for the environmental protection and energy saving into account,I also design the coal economizer, air preheater and many other evironmental friendly measures for the bolier, in order to raise the temperature of the newly supplied water and air. To satisfy the regulated emission standard for the dense of the smoke, I take some energy saving strategies, such as the calculation of SO2 removal. At the end of the design, I balance the layout of the whole boiler house in case of the unnecessary waste of the room. [/外文]
