1. 范围
本规范规定了复合橡胶的定义、产品规格、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志和自律管理办法等要求。
本规范适用于以天然橡胶(NR)为主要原料的复合橡胶。

3. 术语及其定义
复合橡胶:本规范中复合橡胶是指以NR(含量在95%~99.5%)为主,添加少量的硬脂酸和/或丁苯橡胶(SBR)、或顺丁橡胶(BR)或异戊橡胶(IR)、或氧化锌(ZnO)、或炭黑。或塑解剂经混炼复合而成的橡胶。
复合橡胶是橡胶的一个品种,属于生胶(原材料)范畴。
4. 技术要求
复合橡胶产品必须注明所采用NR的品种和产地,复合橡胶品种见表1,复合橡胶技术指标见表2(需方对技术指标有特殊要求的,以供需双方合约为依据)。

5. 复合橡胶质量鉴定试验程序
5.1 抽样和制样
5.1.1 抽样按每200吨为一批。每周产量不足200吨,以每周为一批。
5.1.2 采用GB/T 15340-1994标准所述方法取样和制备质量约1500g的实验室样品。
5.1.3 试验样品的制备应符合GB/T 15340-1994的规定。
5.2 复合橡胶生胶性能评价
5.2.1 生胶的物理和化学试验
5.2.1.1 门尼粘度
按照GB/T 1232的规定测定试样的门尼粘度,记录ML(1+4)100℃的结果。
5.2.1.2 塑性初值(P0)和塑性保持率(PRI)
按照GB/T 3517 的规定测定试样的生胶塑性初值(P0)和保持率(PRI)。记录P0、Pt和PRI值。
5.2.1.2 挥发份
按照GB/T 8006 的规定测定试样的挥发份含量。
5.2.2 试验胶料的制备
5.2.2.1 标准试验配方
复合橡胶 100;氧化锌(ZnO) 6.0;硬脂酸 0.5;硫黄 3.5;促进剂NS 0.7;合计110.70。
5.2.2.2 设备
配料、混炼和硫化的设备及操作程序应符合GB 6000的规定。混炼过程中开炼机辊筒表面温度应始终保持70±5 ℃。
5.2.2.3 混炼程序
a. 复合橡胶在辊距为0.2 mm的辊筒间通过两次,不包辊。
b. 将辊距调至1.4 mm,使生胶包辊。包辊胶平滑后,将辊距调至1.8 mm。持续时间4 min。
c. 加氧化锌、硬脂酸、硫黄和促进剂TBBS。持续时间4 min。
d. 从开炼机左右两侧各割3/4包胶宽度为一次,共割3次,持续时间3 min。
e. 从开炼机上打卷取下胶料。将辊距调至0.8 mm,让打卷胶料从一端送人过辊6次,持续时间2 min。
f. 核对胶料质量(见GB 6000)。如胶料质量与理论值之差超过0.5%,则废弃该批胶料并重新进行混炼。
g. 然后将胶料压成2.2 mm厚的胶片,用于制备试验用胶片。
h. 混炼后的胶料在硫化前应调节16 h以上,如果可能应在GB 2941规定的标准温度和湿度下调节。
5.2.3 硫化胶拉伸性能评价
分别将胶片在140℃下硫化20、30、40和60 min。将硫化胶片在GB 2941规定的标准温度和湿度下调节16~96 h。按照GB/T 528的规定测量硫化胶拉伸性能。
5.3 复合橡胶质量鉴定试验报告
试验报告应包括下列内容:
a. 引用本规范的说明;
b. 试验样品的全部详情;
c. 所用的标准配方;
d. 所用的参比材料;
e. 测定过程中的异常情况;
f. 试验结果及表达结果使用的单位;
g. 试验日期。
6. 复合橡胶包装与标志
6.1 包装
复合橡胶产品的包装可采用下列方式之一:
① 外编内塑包装,既:聚丙烯编织袋+塑料袋(初始熔点在110℃以下),每袋40kg。
② 托盘包装,复合橡胶叠片存放。须采取措施避免复合橡胶被污染、粘连或者松散脱落。
③ 供需双方协商的包装形式。
6.2 标志
在外包装上注明复合橡胶的名称、商标、生产厂、批号和质量授信标志。
7. 复合橡胶自律管理办法
7.1 宗旨
充分发挥协会在行业中的协调和自律作用,加强复合橡胶的品质管理,提高橡胶企业在使用复合橡胶时的质量保证。
7.2 组织
7.2.1 复合橡胶自律管理机构
中国橡胶工业协会是复合橡胶自律管理的协调机构,负责复合橡胶自律管理办法的制定和修订,负责与中国海关总署的联络与协调,负责复合橡胶质量授信工作。具体工作由中国橡胶工业协会技术经济委员会和橡胶材料专业委员会承担。
7.2.2 复合橡胶质量检验机构
复合橡胶质量检验工作由中国橡胶工业协会材料研究检测中心负责执行。
7.3 质量授信管理
7.3.1 复合橡胶质量鉴定程序
a. 由复合橡胶加工或进口企业自愿向中国橡胶工业协会提出复合橡胶质量鉴定申请(使用“橡胶产品质量授信申请表”);
b. 由中国橡胶工业协会给橡胶材料研究检查中心下达复合橡胶质量检验委托书;
c. 橡胶材料研究检查中心按“复合橡胶自律规范”对申请企业的复合橡胶进行质量检验,并提出检验报告;
d. 由中国橡胶工业协会技术经济委员会审核合格后,与申请企业签订质量授信鉴证使用承诺书,并通过媒体向社会公告;
e. 鉴证标志使用企业在使用期间产品质量检测中,出现质量指标不合格的,给予三个月整改期。整改期间暂停使用鉴证标志,整改后经检测仍不合格者,取消使用资格,并向社会公告;
f. 鉴证标志使用有效期为1年,到期进行复审,符合复合橡胶自律规范的可以继续使用;
g. 检验不合格的企业,半年后可再次提出申请。
7.3.2 质量授信标识的使用规定
a. 质量授信标志由中国橡胶工业协会统一设计,并经工商部门注册登记的鉴证标志;
b. 未经申请批准,私自盗用中国橡胶工业协会质量鉴证标志者,一经查实将依法起诉,追究其法律责任。
7.3.3 品牌推介
获得质量授信标志的复合橡胶加工或进口企业在一年内不出现质量问题,并且加工或进口规模在2万吨以上(含2万吨),由企业申请,协会给企业进行品牌授信。并借此规范市场,推动复合橡胶加工或进口品牌企业的培育。
8. 其他
8.1 本规范由复合橡胶加工和进口企业发起,经有关橡胶企业及行业专家讨论制定,自觉遵守,以期达到行业自律。
8.2 本规范的解释权由中国橡胶工业协会技术经济委员会负责。

Autonomic Standard of Compound Rubber

1. Scope
This standard specifies the definition, specifications, test methods, inspection rules, requests of packing and mark on compound rubber, and self-discipline management measures and so on.
The standard is applicable to the compound rubber which is based on NR as main raw material.
2. Reference Standards
The following standards have been quoted and integrated to this standard.
GB/T 15340-1994 Method of sampling and sample preparation of natural or synthetic rubber.
GB 6000-1993 Operating program of the dosage, mixing and vulcanization of the rubber specimen .

3. Terms and Defininations
compound rubber:in this code,compound rubber is synthesized with Nr as the main raw meterial at a content of 95% to 99.5%.There is little stearic acid and/or styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR) or butadine rubber (BR) or isoprene rubber(IR) or zinc oxide(ZnO) or carbon or peptizer in the formula.
Terms and their definitions
Compound Rubber: compound rubber in this standard refers to the rubber mainly based on NR (content of 95% ~ 99.5%) mixed and compounded by adding with small amount of stearic acid and / or styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), or cis-polybutadiene rubber (BR), or isoprene rubber (IR), or zinc oxide (ZnO), or carbon black or plasticizer.
Compound rubber is a variety of rubber, it is one part of the raw rubber (raw material) .
4. Technical Requirements
Compound rubber products should be given the the used NR varieties and original producing countries and factories. The compound rubber varieties is shown in Table 1, The technical specifications are shown in Table 2 (If special requirements on the technical specifications is required by the demand side, it will be based on the contracts of both the suppliers and purchasers).

5. Qualification test procedures of the compound rubber
5.1 Sampling and sample preparation
5.1.1 Sampling per 200 tons to a lot. Weekly output of less than 200 tons per week to a lot.
5.1.2 Sampling and prepare about 1500g of laboratory samples based on the method described in the standard of GB / T 15340-1994 .
5.1.3 The preparation of the test sample should conform to the rules of GB / T 15340-1994 .
5.2 Performace evaluation of compound rubber
5.2.1 Physical and chemical test on unvulcanized rubber
5.2.1.1 Mooney viscosity
To determine the mooney viscosity of sample according to the requests in GB/T1232 and record the results of ML (1 +4) 100 ℃.
5.2.1.2 Initial value of plastility(P0) and plastility revenlution(PRI)
To determine the P0 and PRI of the sample according to the requests in GB/T3517 and record the value of P0、Pt and PRI.
5.2.1.3 Volatile matter
To determine the content of volatile matter in test sample according to GB/T8006.
5.2.2 Preparation of test specimen
5.2.2.1 Standard Test formula
Compounded rubber 100; zinc oxide (ZnO) 6.0; stearic acid 0.5; sulfur 3.5; accelerator NS 0.7; Total 110.70.
5.2.2.2 Equipment
Ingredients, mixing and curing equipment and procedures should be consistent with the rules of GB 6000. surface temperature of the open mill roller should be maintained at 70 ± 5 ℃ during the mixing procedure..
5.2.2.3 Mixing process
a.Taking compound rubber to pass through the clearance of roller at a distance of 0.2mm and no roll banding.
b.To adjust the clearance of roller at a distance of 1.4mm,and make the roller wrapped by rubber.Then, adjust the distance to 1.8mm when the rubber is smooth and keep it for 4min.
c.To add the zinc oxide,stearic acid,sulphur and accelerator TBBS and keep it for 4min.
d.Cutting three-fourth of the rubber at both sides of the open mill for three times and keeping it for 3min.
e.Removing the rubber by rolling from the open mill ,then adjusting the clearance of the roller at a distance of 0.8mm and making the rubber pass through it six times keeping for 2min.
f.Checking the quality of the rubber specimen(see GB6000).If the difference between test value of rubber and theoretic value is larger than 0.5%,this batch of rubber specimen should be abandoned and make the test again.
g.To prepare a rubber sheet for test by pressing the rubber into the thick of 2.2mm.
h.To adjust the mixed rubber specimen in the over for more than 16h before vulcanization and should be adjusted under the standard temperature and humidity specified in GB2941 if it is possible.
5.2.3 Evaluation of tensile properties of vulcanized rubber
To make rubber sample vulcanized at the temperature of 140℃ for 20min,30min,40min,60min,respectively.Then adjust it in 16~96h at the temperature and humidity specified in GB2941.Last, determine the tensile properties according to GB/T528.
5.3 compounded rubber qualification test report
The test report will include the following:
a. Description of quoting this specification;
b. Full details of the test sample;
c. All the standard formula used;
d. Reference materials used;
e. The abnormal condition during the determination ;
f. Test results and the units for the expression of the results;
g. Dates of the test.
6. Packages and marks of the compound rubber,
6.1 Packages
The compound rubber products can be packed in the following types:
①Packed into 40kgs with plastic bag ( initial melting point is below 110℃ )and the external with PP woven bag.
② Tray packaging, compounded rubber is piled up. Sufficient measures should be taken to avoid being contaminated, sticked or loosen off.
③ Packing type based on the mutual agreement .
6.2 Marks
All the information of the compound rubber products should be noted on the outer packages,including the products name,trademark, manufacturer, batch number and the mark of the quality credit.
7. self-discipline management method of the compounded rubber
7.1 purpose
Adequetly play the role of CRIA for coordinating and self-discipline in the rubber industry ,strengthen the quality management of rubber compound and improve the quality assurance.for the compound rubber using enterprises.
7.2 Organization
7.2.1 Compounded rubber self-discipline management body
China Rubber Industry Association is the co-ordinating body of the compound rubber self-discipline management, which is responsible for the setting-up and revision of the self-discipline management method, the contacts and co-ordinates work with China’s General Administration of Customs, and is responsible for the evaluation of the quality credit of the compound rubber. The China Rubber Industry Association, Technical and Economic Committee and the Rubber Material Division will be in charge of the normal work.
7.2.2 Quality inspection body of the compound rubber
The quality inspection of the compound rubber will be done by the Materials Research and Test Center of China Rubber Industry Association,
7.3 Management of the Quality Credit
7.3.1 Compound rubber quality evaluation procedures
a. Compound rubber importing and processing factories voluntarily submit the evaluation application to China Rubber Industry Association Rubber compound for quality evaluation (filling the "rubber product quality credit application form")
b. China Rubber Industry Association Rubber will put out compound rubber quality inspection commission to the Material Inspection Center of CRIA;
c. The China Rubber Industry Association Rubber Material Inspection Center will carry on the quality test according to the “Autonomic Standard of Compound
Rubber”, and put out the “Inspection report”.
d. Technical and Economic Committee of China Rubber Industry Association, will sign commitment file with the applied enterprises, and will be opened to the public through the media;
e. If the unqualified products appeared during the authenticated mark using period, the enterprise will be given three-month period of rectification., during which period the authenticate sign can not be used. If the products are still unqualified after the rectification, the qualification of the enterprise will be canceled and be opened to the public.
f. The authenticated mark is valid for one year, it will be re-checked at term. The enterprise can continue to use the mark if the product quality meet the requirements of the Autonomic Standard of Compound Rubber;
g. Product unqualified enterprises can re-apply after six months.
7.3.2 Rules for using Quality credit mark
a. Quality credit mark should be designed by China Rubber Industry Association, and registered by authoritative industrial and commercial department;
b. Enterprises or people who misappropriate the quality credit marks without the approval of China Rubber Industry Association will hold legal obligations.
7.3.3 Trademark recommendation
China Rubber Industry Association will credit the trademark of the compound rubber processing and importing enterprises who have gained the quality credit mark,have no quality problems within one year and also has management scale over 2million tons after their application, so as to regulate the market, promoting the cultivation of the compounded rubber processing and import enterprises.
8. Others
8.1 This standard was raised by the compound rubber processing and import enterprises, discussed and constituted by the related rubber enterprises and experts of rubber industry , it is required that consciously abide by in order to achieve self-discipline.
8.2 Technical and Economic Committee of China Rubber Industry Association is reponsible for interpretation of this standard.
