拟实制造技术是当今世界上研究的热门话题。汽车覆盖件是汽车的重要零部件。焊装夹具是其画册覆盖件制造的关键设备之一。提高焊装夹具的设计制造水平无疑将有利于提高汽车的整体制造水平。为实现这一目标，本文在研究国内外现有研究情况的基础上，探讨了焊装夹具拟实制造系统的理论和技术基础，研究了焊装夹具拟实制造系统的功能需求，并提出了该系统的环境结构。

Visual-manufacturing technology is a hot issue of research in the world. as cap pieces are important parts in an automobile, the weld-assembling fixtures are key equipment for automobile manufacturing. To improve the designing and manufacturing fixture will undoubtedly help improve the manufacturing of automobile. To realize this objective, this paper analyzes the current research on this issue in the world, inquires into the theoretical and technological bases for virtual manufacturing system of weld-assembling fixtures, studies its functional requirements, and describes environment and structure.
