——2007欧米茄中国巡回赛南京钟山国际高尔夫开打
本报讯，高尔夫2007年欧米茄中国巡回赛将于5月10日开杆，全年共8站，并按照高尔夫国际标准每站赛期为时4天。该项比赛是中国最具权威性及影响力的职业赛事之一，而赛事主办方中高协及推广公司世界体育集团将本年度赛事的第一枚橄榄枝投向了南京，开幕赛事落户于南京钟山国际高尔夫俱乐部。

As the most authoritative and influential professional game in China, 2007 OMEGA China Tour will kick off on May 10th. There will be eight stops throughout the year, and each stop lasts four days according to golf international standard. China Golf Association, the organizer, and World Sport Group (Beijing) Ltd, the promotion company put on the first stop in Nanjing. The opening game will be held in Nanjing Zhongshan International Golf Club.
赛事组委会于上周再次抵达南京，正式与钟山国际高尔夫俱乐部签订了合作协议，明确南京钟山国际高尔夫俱乐部为2007欧米茄中国巡回赛-索菲特高尔夫锦标赛”的主办球会，这是南京有史以来第一次吸引高尔夫职业赛事主办方的目光，这将标志着南京的高尔夫运动发展进入了一个新的里程。
Members of organizing committee arrived in Nanjing last week. They signed a definitive cooperative agreement, which identified Nanjing Zhongshan International Golf Club as hosting venue of 2007 OMEGA China Tour-Sofetel Golf Tournament”. It is the first time for Nanjing in its history to draw the organizer’s attention, representing Golf sports in Nanjing has stepped into a new course of development.
主办方对南京球场条件表示满意
高尔夫中国巡回赛于2005年由中高协发起，在历时2年多的时间里，以第一年4场比赛，之后每年增加2场的速度迅速成长，在比赛的第二年即受到国际品牌“欧米茄”的关注和支持，成为巡回赛首位冠名赞助商。已成功举办运作两年的高尔夫中国巡回赛，被视为国内最高级别的职业高尔夫巡回赛，成为中国职业选手的持续高品质的赛事平台， 从根本上改变了国内职业高尔夫球运动员的生存现状。国内顶尖选手如张连伟、梁文冲等知名球手均积极参加该项比赛， 而赛事中更涌现出黄明杰、袁浩等众多年轻小将。在随着该项赛事的规模和影响力逐渐提升，国内越来越多的城市和高尔夫俱乐部争相成为主办球会，希翼通过权威、严格而专业的主办方审核，承揽赛事以展示球会自身的品质和专业水准。
The organizer satisfied with Nanjing course conditions
Golf China Tour was launched by China Golf Association in 2005. In the past two more years, with 4 games in the first year, it gains rapid development with an annual increase of two games. In the second year, Golf China Tour received attention and support from international brand “OMEGA”, which later became its first title sponsor. With two years’ successful operation experience, Golf China Tour is considered as a professional Golf Tour of highest level in the country. Golf China Tour has become the high quality game platform for China’s professional players, and fundamentally changed the surviving conditions for domestic professional golf players. Top domestic players such as Zhang Lianwei and Liang Wenchong all actively participated in this game. In addition, many young players like Huang Mingjie and Yuanhao emerged in this game. 据赛事主办方介绍，第一次到钟山高尔夫球场考察时，就被GARY PLAYER对紫金山的自然与高尔夫的特色融合所折服，在这里又看到了黑骑士大师级的手法与风格，尤其是难得的宽阔球道，令人陡增轻心，但却最可能让选手被表像所麻痹，而不能打出最好的成绩，这对选手是一种潜在的考验。因此，在第一次看过球场后，赛事主办方就以满意的态度初步与钟山国际高尔夫达成合作意向，并称这里将带给参赛选手一次全新的感受。在问及配套设施是否符合标准时，赛事主办方表示更没有问题，其标准属国内一流。
According to the organizer’s introduction, when they came to Zhongshan golf course for investigation for the first time, they were deeply impressed by the perfect matching of Zijin Mountain’s nature and golf sport’s characteristic created by Gary Player. In Zhongshan golf course, they once again appreciated this Black Knight’s master technique and style. The broad course rare somewhere else probably makes players let down their guards. So players are most likely to be cheated by the representation, and fail to achieve best results. The broad course has posed as a potential test for players. The organizer felt very satisfactory and reached a preliminary cooperative intention with Zhongshan International Golf Club after their conducted the first inspection for the course. Moreover, the organizer said Zhongshan golf course would bring bran-new experience to players. When asked whether supporting facilities meet the standard, the organizer said these supporting facilities are the first-class in China, and there wouldn’t be any problem at all.

据悉，作为欧洲酒店业龙头的雅高集团即早早拿下欧米茄中巡赛07年开幕站－南京站单站冠名权，并以其麾下索菲特品牌进行单站冠名赛事为－索非特高尔夫锦标赛， 与此同时索菲特钟山高尔夫酒店也成为赛事期间唯一指定下榻酒店，从而为欧米茄中巡赛注入了新的活力。
Ten thousand US dollars prize money attracts a great many players
It is reported, Accor Group, the leader of European hotel industry earlier granted naming rights of OMEGA China Tour Nanjing Stop, and named Nanjing stop as Sofetel Golf Tournament with its affiliated brand “Sofetel”. Meanwhile, Sofetel Zhongshan Golf Hotel is designated as the exclusive hotel during games. Accor Group’s participation injects new energy for OMEGA China Tour.
在历届中巡赛中保持不败记录的梁文冲依然有望参加本年度的比赛。去年欧米茄中巡赛收官之战－欧米茄高尔夫球锦标赛中，梁文冲击败李超赢得15万元人民币冠军奖金，在赛后的新闻发布会上梁文冲宣布将奖金全数回馈给中巡赛，旨在帮助中国的年轻球员发展自己的高尔夫职业运动生涯。梁文冲表示，今年非常期待能够有更多机会参加欧米茄中巡赛，在国内与包括中国高尔夫标志性人物张连伟在内众多老将新秀切磋球艺。张连伟同样在去年的6站比赛中获得两次冠军，列欧米茄奖金榜第一位。
Liang Wenchong, who kept clean record in the past China Tours, is expected to participate in this year’s games. In the final of OMEGA Golf Tournament of last OMEGA China Tour, Liang Wenchong defeated Li Chao and won champion prize amounting to 150,000 RMB. In the news conference, Liang Wenchong announced to donate all prize back to Golf China Tour with the purpose of helping young player develop their own golf professional sports career. Liang Wenchong said he expected very much to have more opportunities to participate in this year’s OMEGA China Tour, and exchange skills with China’s representative golf figure Zhang Lianwei as well as many other old and young players. Zhang Lianwei also won two champions in last years’ six stops, topping on the prize board.

Zhang Xiaoning, director of small-ball Sports Management Center of State Sport General Administration, said the fact that Liang Wenchong won the champion in global games suggested good beginning of this year’s golf sports development in China, and unveil long-expected 2007 OMEGA China Tour. Golf sports and its development in China drew more attention due to Liang Wenhong’s success in international games. The original intention of China Tour is to provide China’s golf players with systematic and good quality professional game platform, enable more China’s professional golf player to improve their own athletic levels, and present Chinese players’ charm in international games as Liang Wenchong did.

据了解，首站南京钟山国际高尔夫俱乐部比赛结束后，欧米茄中巡赛的足迹还将遍及青岛、广州、吉林、上海、昆明及厦门，最后回到北京。而每一站的比赛都将在中央5套播出，让球迷不会错过任何一站的精彩赛事。
It is reported, after the first stop in Nanjing Zhongshan International Club, OMEGA China Tour will move to Qingdao, Guangzhou, Jilin, Shanghai, Kunming and Xiamen, and finally return to Beijing. The game at each stop will be broadcasted on CCTV 5 so as to enable golf fans not to miss any marvelous game at each stop.
