通过拜访贵公司(IRIS)的网站,我们仔细研读了IRIS产品的说明以及公司相关情况介绍。在认真分析中国火焰检测设备市场现状和对我公司(FBKD)的发展潜力进行了全面评估的基础上,FBKD公司郑重向IRIS公司提出合作建议:我公司希望成为贵公司在中国的总代理商,独家代理IRIS火焰检测产品在中国的销售,并负责贵公司产品在中国的技术支持与售后服务。
Through visiting the website of your company (IRIS), we have read related introductions on IRIS products and the company carefully. FBKD Company earnestly puts forward proposal for cooperation to IRIS Company based on the careful analysis of present status of flame monitoring equipment market in China and comprehensive evaluation of development potential of our company (FBKD): Our Company hopes to be the exclusive agent of your company in China to sell IRIS flame monitoring equipments in China exclusively and take charge of technical support and after service of your products in China.
按中国国情,要让某一产品快速占领市场的一个行之有效的战略,就是建立以省、直辖市和自治区为单位的二级区域代理制度。 贵公司的产品进入中国市场较晚,这就更凸现采用此战略的必要性。 这一战略将是我公司把贵公司的产品推向中国市场的核心战略(关于这一战略的具体实施在第四章第5款中有较详细论述)。但能否成功实施这一战略,取决于我公司能否成为贵公司的中国独家总代理这一必要条件。因为在没有独家总代理权保障的前提下,我公司即使投入大量的资金和人力资源,也难以有效地建立这一销售网络,并使之顺畅地运行。根据我们所掌握的资源,我们预计,10—12周的时间,就可以建立起覆盖全国的销售网络。
According to actual situation of China, it is an effective strategy to let some product occupy the market rapidly that we set up a second-level regional agent system which takes province, municipality directly under the central government, and autonomous region as units. This strategy seems more necessary in that your products enter into Chinese market a litter later. It will become the core strategy that we adopt to push your products into Chinese market (the details about the implementation of this strategy refer to Clause 5 in Chapter 4). However, it is the necessary condition to implement this strategy successfully that our company must be the exclusive agent of your company in China. Without the guarantee of exclusive agent right, it seems difficult for us to set up a distribution network effectively and ensure its smooth running even if our company inputs enormous funds and human resources. It is estimated that we can set up a nationwide distribution network within 10-12 weeks according to the information we know.
